Northbound Logistics Solutions is an minority and woman owned consulting firm utilizing Lean Six Sigma principles to assist with navigating complex logistics and program management challenges. Owned and operated by Tiffani Ball, a retired Air Force Master Sergeant who is skilled in constraints resolution and program analysis. She holds Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Certified Project Officer (CPO), and Six Sigma Black Belt in Government certifications. She also earned her Master of Arts degree in Reverse Logistics from American Military University. Her goal is to aid in ensuring your program management objectives and cost objectives are effective, efficient, and fully realized.

While serving in the Air Force, Owner & Founder Tiffani Ball gained the experience and expertise necessary to make problem solving and process mapping as seamless as possible. She obtained her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt through Villanova University and her Black Belt through The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC). She is also a certified Demonstrated Master Logistician through The International Society of Logistics.
